Budding Architect
We had our first parents evening at Elizabeth school last week. It was so lovely to see her picture up on the class room wall and to get a bit of an insight into her daily activities - as she doesn't give much away when she comes home each day!
Mrs Bailey was really pleased with how well she is settling into school life. She showed us Elizabeth's work book. The school is undergoing some major building work and therefore the reception classes have had a project about "Building". There were pictures of Elizabeth in a hard hat and high-vis jacket, complete with huge smile on her face, going on a site visit. And Mrs Bailey also showed us all the maps and plans Elizabeth has drawn, with such wonderful detail. She told us amongst all 30 children in the class Elizabeth is the one who has drawn the most plans and buildings, and added "I think we have a budding architect on our hands".
